The room was clean and modern, featuring a comfortable bed and great amenities such as a kettle for tea and coffee. Breakfast was sufficient, with fresh options that included juices to kickstart the day. Plus, the location was spot-on. just a quick walk to the city centre and very close to Focus mall, the biggest shopping mall in the area.

The check-in service could have been more welcoming. the staff seemed a bit unfriendly.

Had a blast with friends visiting the zoo and catching a game at the stadium. The staff were super friendly and the hotel felt welcoming. It's close to transport and shops, which made everything easy for us. Definitely recommend for a fun trip.

One downside was the coffee from the machine at breakfast–not great. If you're a coffee lover, you might want to grab a cup elsewhere.

Just spent a night here and really liked how quiet the room was. The beds were comfy, and I appreciated the fresh bathroom. The breakfast spread was solid, nothing fancy, but just right to kick start the day. A bit of a bummer was the mattress, felt kinda hard. a chill spot for a quick stay.

The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, offering a variety of choices that were more than satisfactory. The blackout curtains in the room were a lifesaver for anyone who likes to sleep in—especially for a room facing east.

The carpets in multiple rooms needed replacement. they looked stained and worn-out, which really brought down the vibe of the place. dealing with the awkward mirror placement away from the nearest plug made using straighteners a hassle, even if it wasn't a dealbreaker. A notable inconvenience was the lack of air conditioning in early May when temperatures hit 27 degrees Celsius. the suggestion to open the window resulted in noise from the busy road outside, which wasn’t ideal for a good night's sleep.

Really enjoyed my stay in the Twin Room! Super clean and spacious, and the powerful shower was a highlight. Loved the convenient tea/coffee facilities and complimentary bottled water. It was also great to have double-glazed windows, so it was quiet despite being near a busy area. The only downside was that the mattress felt a bit hard for my liking.
